To the NSClub Advisory,

Thank you very much for the time and space shared to post my problem concerning my senile mother. I have aired the loss of my mother through DZMM (ABS CBN) and DZEC (for fear that my mother had been taken to EDSA during that time), and informed Station4 and substations Sibaba and Ibarra.  We have also searched her in Golden Acres and in hospitals near our place.

I am happy to tell you that my mother was found in front of the church of Obando, Bulacan at about 6:30 PM the following day (5/29/01) (That time, we were in DSWD and Pasay City Hall.) She was seen with a young woman who was kind enough to accompany her. My niece saw her and perhaps due to excitement that she was found, she forgot to ask the name and thank the young woman. She was such a good samaritan. Whoever she is, THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH. Sana nakausap man lang kita para mapasalamatan.

Thinking of the worst problem had we not found her before the May 1 trouble in Manila, I will not be able to forgive myself! How I really thanked the LORD for HIS goodness.

Just yesterday, we fetched her in Obando and she is now staying with us again. We are strictly locking the gates now.

Again, MY SINCEREST THANKS!

well i thank you guys for your return email and call from my first email from you guys 2 months ago
(i think). again i would like to thank you for giving more light to what i think was just easy to do (concerning the FREE Software's i recommended in my email with a subject of comments and suggestions).

you are the only ISP i have checked out that is concerned with prepaid users, a pampering i like that makes me special and tells me that someone cares that i exist. not only that your lines, be it tech support or the internet, could easily be reached (that i could really say HOT!).

i partly use my computer for office work on our family business especially on sending and receiving faxes. do you happen to have an option of FAX MAILBOX? if you do not i hope you implement such fax mailbox soon, if yes how could i access the services?

i have a single line at home at the moment. do you have services such as an INTERNET CALL WAITING? if yes how could i get hold of such services?

i love free stuffs and bonuses especially when it concerns with internet access. are there any promos or all-year-round privileges you give to your patrons such as DOUBLE INTERNET ACCESS ON OFF-PEAK HOURS? if yes please do
give me a copy of the mechanics.

To whom it may concern,

I had problems in retrieving my e-mail last night. I called up the customer service section and they were very helpful, very courteous and very very efficient. Every time I have concerns they address these concerns promptly. In short, they get the job done. Special mention goes to Karen (I forgot her family name) I always wanted to inform you of your excellent service but now is the only time I can do this. I know this message is quite late but I just want to express my gratitude to the people who are very sensitive to the needs of the customers. Greetings to KONTAK 5's premiere ISP and TV partner.

The realization of your company's proposal for an internet re-presentation, connection, service and tie-up with ABC 5 resulted in a congratulate mood with the signing of a "Memorandum of Agreement" between your company and our station.

How time flies so quickly, as if it was only yesterday when one of our segment producers approached your company for a Valentine story, the casual talk between your company and our sp made the simple invitation into a serious proposition. After a week, representing NSCLUB, Mam Liza met our producer and presented an "ex-deal" proposal for K5 who eventually gave his applauding recommendation and referral to our department's vice-president. A discussion with Mr. Javier occurred on the very same day of this first meeting when our v.p. suggested a better idea for Net Surfers. Afterwards, this became the basis and starting point that lead to the success and realization of the proposed internet deal for the whole station.

For being the official ABC 5's internet service provider, it re-positioned your company in the likes and caliber of the country's major internet players. We're not saying this to flatter you or not by virtue of our biases for being the Kontak 5's ISP, this is a very obvious observation and even you can say these too. Also, napaka-timely din sa nalalapit na petsa ng pagka-operational ng inyong satellite link that will add to the further speed and bandwidth of your current dial up connection in line this new image for being the chosen of ABC.

Sa tingin namin with ABC 5, very beneficial ito in terms of marketing and advertising your products and services ... consider the value and amount of media exposure you will soon have once naging operational na ang lahat nang nasa MOA. Likewise for ABC 5 naman, it is a major leap for the company kung pag-uusapan ang lahat ng areas and types of information that is for dessimenation via the emerging medium na ito sa global community natin. Actually, were behind the other networks na pagdating sa technological advancements tulad ng internet.

Ang totoo, nabalitaan lang naman ito on the day when the coverage tape of your "contract signing" arrived in our department's working area. Naging very exciting ang mga turn of events that went through. Just like you, we in K5 also felt the kind of emotional high that you in Net Surfers' Club had experienced when result was announced and handed down.

How inspiring naman talaga to witness the becoming of a very promising company like yours. Parang there's an evolution taking place bit by bit, resulting to a new and better being or a gigantic output o creation.

Matagal naming hinintay ang resulta nung nilalakad niyo sa progcom, pero nang ito ay na-approved ay nindi namin ito kinagulat. Eversince kasi ay confident na kami na may magandang kahahantungan ang proposals niyo sa mga big boss namin, it has all the signs at malaking bagay yung suporta ng news and public affairs sa inyo. Pero from the time that this idea went up in the progcom, hindi na kami nabibigyan pa ng mga updates tungkol sa status nito. So medyo parang nabitin kami sa hangin, at lagi naming itinatanong kung ano na ang nangyayari sa Net Surfers Club's proposal sa istasyon? Di maiaalis sa amin ito, dahil kabahagi na rin namin kayo.

In the show kasi, special ang relationship namin sa bawat isa, para kaming isang "pamilya" that's why pinaiiral namin tuwina yung "pagtulong sa kasama", "pagiging maalalahanin" at "pagiging fair and honest" all the time. When K5's bonding with Net Surfers begun some months ago, an alliance was formed between us, you may not be familiar with it. The "x-deal" that binds Kontak 5 and your ISP ay hindi namin in-assume as a kind of agreement lamang kagaya ng mga kasunduan ng mga corporation-to-corporation. Inalis namin yung pagka-civil at impersonnal points nito, instead, we took the gesture of "friendship" at ideya nang "pagsasanib ng 2 pamilya", ang Kontak 5 at Net Surfers Club, ganito ang naging pananaw namin sa agreement. At marahil nga, nang dahil sa ganito naming attitude ay ganoon na lamang naging pagkauhaw namin upang malaman ang mga kaganapan sa mga proposals ninyo sa himpilan.

Now, habang isa-isa nang inihahanda ang pagsisimula of our common pursuits and actualization of the things stated in the MOA, we share the excitement and thrill of it .Tulad nang pangkaraniwang pagtanggap sa isang bagong kapamilya ... we offer our cheers to your success. A toast to a longer partnership and friendship, hindi lang for being part ng mga taga-KONTAK 5 kundi lalo pa'y nang buong ABC 5 family.

Salamat ulit sa continued support ninyo sa Kontak 5, fyi, sa closing credits namin ay naibalik na namin ang logo ng NS CLUB. In our July 4 episode, makikita na ito ulit sa cbb. Subalit, hindi pa rin natatapos ang bago naming bumper kung saan ipo-post namin ang e-mail addy nyo.

I'd like to commend NSClub for the prompt service it provides. I had a problem configuring my IE so I called up before lunchtime but I was not assisted because they were having a meeting. I was told that they will call me back after an hr but told them I'm leaving for work and will be back by midnight. By midnight Gerber of NSClub called to ask if I still need help. Keep it up!!! ... support service is important to me.

i would like to commend you and your entire staff for the quality of service you are giving us, clients of net surfers club.

late last year, i was almost set at changing my ISP because of the hassle i have been experiencing trying to connect and get on-line thru your dialer. i always got one of the following: a busy signal, access denied, or EPP timeout error something! i always had to call your customer service to ask for assistance and explanation! i always ended up with a headache and a hot head! i still held on to my subscription though, since you promised that you will be upgrading and improving everything soon. and good thing for me, i believed you. because now, i would like to praise your staff for giving us quick and prompt access to the internet with minimal hassles and errors etc etc.

i am really amazed at the very much improved service you are giving us. thank you.

i am even teasing my sister to give up her net subscription (she is experiencing poor service these past few weeks) and to transfer to us! :-)

i sure hope that this service will remain A-1 and not wane; that nsclub service stays this way: prompt, efficient and quick! if so, im sure more subscribers will come your way! PLEASE DONT CHANGE.
